Lynn C. Chen is the founder/CEO/manager of EARL Security, Inc., a licensed security alarm, fire alarm, and electrical contractor since 1988.
She is a practiced Christian, a mother and a volunteer for Boy Scouts of America and CPAF (Center for Pacific Asian Family). She has been a member of the Asian Business Association since 1990, a past president of CACP (Chinese American Construction Professionals) and has served MBEIC many years.
Lynn believes in continued education. As a working mother, she still attends as many workshops as she can to better herself. She is eager to share her experience, knowledge, and resources including information about public works contracting. She likes to encourage and support other business professionals in their growth.
She graduated from the UCLA MDE Program in 2007. As an immigrant from Taiwan, Lynn appreciates the opportunities that this great country and community has provided her. She encourages other women to set high goals, work hard, and have the courage to be optimistic in life. Lynn believes that if we all do a little more and do the right thing, we can make the world a better place.
