- Minority Business Certification (Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American) following completion of staff audit, Certification Committee review and approval, onsite visits, and ratification by the full board of directors.
- Referrals of minority suppliers capable of providing quality goods and services at competitive prices to corporate buyers.
- Access to working capital loans to certified minority businesses.
- Networking opportunities, organized by industry sectors, where suppliers speak directly to purchasing agents.
- Workshops and seminars to help minority businesses manage, promote and sell their products and services.
- Access to and participation in the Minority Business Information Systems, a national computerized database of more than 15,000 certified minority suppliers.
- Business opportunity fairs, which allow minority entrepreneurs to meet with prospective buyers and provide corporations an opportunity to recruit prospective suppliers.
- Advanced Management Education, a customized executive education program for CEOs of minority-owned firms interested in accelerated growth.
- Health insurance benefits tailored specially for certified minority businesses with up to 50 employees.
- Annual events, such as the Supplier of the Year Awards luncheon, which recognizes outstanding minority business partnerships with member corporations, and Corporate Leadership Awards dinner, which honors a corporation for advancing business opportunities with minority suppliers.
