Sarah Lee began her employment at SCMBDC in May 2009 as a student intern, while being enrolled at the University of Southern California (USC). During her internship, Sarah was assigned tasks that included designing logos and print collateral for programs/events, redesigning and developing the Weekly Bulletin and Connections newsletter, and maintaining SCMBDC’s brand identity.

In her spare time, Sarah freelances for small businesses and devotes her design and business knowledge to her stationary and gift business, Little Seed. Her online portfolio is available at www.simplysarahjlee.com and her business at www.littleseedblog.com.

Upon graduation in 2010, SCMBDC offered and she accepted a full-time position as graphic designer and programs specialist. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in graphic design and a minor in entrepreneurship.
