LOS ANGELES, Nov. 17, 2011 - Southern California Minority Business Development Council's (SCMBDC) Board of Directors announced today that SCMBDC President John W. Murray, Jr. is retiring, effective December 16. Virginia Gomez, currently vice president of the council, will serve as interim president until the board names a successor.
