Christopher Arroyo is Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Capgemini Corporation’s
North American Project & Consulting Business. Based in the El Segundo,
CA office, Chris is responsible for ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, and
reliability of all financial information across the North American Business
Units. Additionally, he provides financial guidance to the Project & Consulting
Business Units by optimizing cost structures and enhancing predictably, efficiency,
and effectiveness in order to improve their financial profitability.
Since joining Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young) in 1997, Chris has
held many leadership positions across North America in the areas of finance
and operational management, while residing in Southern California and Texas.
Prior to becoming Deputy CFO, Chris served as the Business Unit Controller
for three prominent Business Units within Campgemini’s North American
portfolio: Energy, Chemicals, and Utilities; Telecommunications, Media, and
Entertainment; and Technology Services, which incorporated numerous industries.
He has also played an integral role in the pricing and negotiating of many
of the firm’s largest contracts in recent years. Chris has worked with
other North American executives within Capgemini to strengthen the firm’s
supplier diversity relationships and ensure economic and cultural diversity
on the regional and local levels.
Prior to joining Capgemini, Chris held leadership positions in the areas
of financial and operational management, financial modeling, and securities
pricing at Bank of America, Bankers Trust, and Deutsche Bank.
Chris earned his BS in Business Administration from New Mexico State University,
where he doubled majored in Finance and Economics.
