Kathleen Trimble Director of Supplier Diversity Robert Half International

Kathleen Trimble has spent the last 15 years of her career dedicated to Procurement and Supplier Diversity. She currently is the Director of Supplier Diversity at Robert Half International. In this role, she is responsible for the development, implementation and management of Robert Half International’s supplier diversity initiative national wide.

Her previous positions include Director of Procurement and Supplier Diversity at Moore Corporation, Sourcing Manager at FMC Technologies. Kathleen served as Program Director at the Women’s Enterprise Development Corporation (WEDC) leading a partnership between WEDC and the Small Business Administration (SBA) BuinessLINC program.

Kathleen currently serves on the Advocacy Committee of the National Minority Development Council. She is the past Chairperson for the California Central Valley Chapter for the Southern California Minority Development Council and is on the Board of Directors for the Southern California Minority Development Council as well as the Northern California Supplier Development Council.

Kathleen is an Advisory Board Member for California Alliance for Disabled Veterans and is active member in the Women’s Trade Organization, and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. She is also a member of ISM, Institute of Supply Management and APICS, The Association of Operations Management.
