Frank Guzman Certification Field Auditor Southern California Minority Business Development Council, Inc.

Frank Guzman has been conducting onsite visits for the SCMBDC since 2000. Prior to coming to work for the SCMBDC, Mr. Guzman worked as a Senior Field Auditor for 8 years conducting field audits with a consulting firm for the CPUC. He also has extensive experience as an independent consultant, assisting vendors with their certification packages to do business with the State and the Federal Government.

Mr. Guzman is also a consultant for the Small Business Development Centers where he assists small business owners with their certifications and also assists in procuring business with the Federal Government. Mr. Guzman conducts workshops in certifications and government procurement. Mr. Guzman’s primary background was in banking where he spent 17 years as a branch Manager for several banking institutions throughout the Los Angeles area.
