New York, NY – August 20, 2008 – Interpublic (NYSE: IPG) sponsored the 2nd Annual West Coast Supplier Diversity Trade Fair on August 20th at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, California.  The event was jointly sponsored by the Southern California Minority Business Development Council (SCMBDC), the largest nonprofit minority business advocacy organization in the region, serving 1,300 minority business enterprises and 300 corporate members throughout 13 counties, and IW Group, a full-service advertising and public relations firm that specializes in reaching the growing Asian-American community in the United States.

NEW YORK, New York – May 21, 2008 – Harriet R. Michel, president of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), today announced that she will retire after 20 years of service effective January 31, 2009. Ms. Michel was named president of NMSDC in September 1988.
