customer that requires an attractive conference room to accommodate
a large crowd?
Look no further - SCMBDC is making its board room at its downtown Los
Angeles office available for a nominal fee to minority business enterprises
(MBEs)
and corporate members.
Some of the Conference Room features include:

seating for up to 30 people
- Retractable overhead screen for projected
images
- White
board
- Polycom Soundstation2 Conference
phone with 2 external microphones
- Wi-Fi Access
Presentation and audio equipment available for rental (extra
fees apply):
- Projector, which includes ability to display computer presentations and
DVD/VCR connectivity
- Wireless microphones (lapel or handheld) for use on the room's built-in
audio system
Conference Room Rental Fees (between 8am to 5pm)
- SCMBDC Certified MBEs: $150 / day
- SCMBDC Corporate Members: Free with membership
- Outside groups: Please call for quote
Rentals are from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. Rental is available before 8am and after 5pm with additional charges. Local
phone
calls and faxing is included and access to a copy machine is
available
for a small
charge.
