customer that requires an attractive conference room to accommodate
a large crowd?
Look no further - SCMBDC is making its board room at its downtown Los
Angeles office available for a nominal fee to minority business enterprises
(MBEs)
and corporate members.
Some of the Conference Room features include:

seating for up to 30 people
- Retractable overhead screen for projected
images

board
- Polycom Soundstation2 Conference
phone with 2 external microphones
- Wi-Fi Access
Presentation and audio equipment available for renta (extra
fees apply):
- Projector, which includes ability to display computer presentations and
DVD/VCR connectivity
- Wireless microphones (label or handheld) for use on the room's built-in
audio system
Conference Room Rental Fees (between 8am to 5pm)
- SCMBDC Certified MBEs: $125 / day or $75 / half-day
- SCMBDC Corporate Members: Free with membership
- Outside groups: Please call for quote
Rental is available before 8am and after 5pm with additional charges. Local
phone
calls and faxing is included and access to a copy machine is
available
for a small
charge.
